Terribly uncomfortable shoes!

Inability to return your purchase because of the high cost of payment for the return. The company makes you return your items at your cost which is super expensive so you might just not waste your money and either be definitely sure of your purchase or just donate whatever you order instead of paying and enormous amounts of money to get a return or refund from this company!!!!

I HAVE REACHED OUT TO DOTMALLS BUT NO RESPONSE. I PAID $55 AND NEVER GOT MY SHOES. THE TRACKING JUST KEPT SAYING ITS IN PROGRESS. NOW ITS SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED TO LOS ANGELES. I LIVE 60+ MILES FROM THERE. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING FROM CHINA

very difficult to make contact w/the co to make a return.
advertises as a wide toe box shoe. could not even get my foot in the shoe to try it on.
big scam, don't waste your $. Shop local.
